This policy explains how Lookoutravirell Media Ltd ("we", "us"), Company No. SC718294, 27 Victoria Street, Stromness, Orkney KW16 3BS, United Kingdom, handles personal data on lookoutravirell.yachts. We are the data controller.

What we collect

We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Our contact page composes messages entirely in your browser; nothing you type is transmitted to us unless you choose to email it.

When you email us, we receive your email address, name and the content of your message. Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and reliability.

Why and on what basis

We process email correspondence to reply to you and improve our guides, on the basis of our legitimate interests. Server logs are processed for security, also under legitimate interests.

Retention

We keep correspondence for up to 24 months unless it relates to an ongoing correction or legal matter. Server logs are kept for no longer than 30 days.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with our hosting and email providers, under appropriate contracts, or where required by law.

Your rights
